Sending Out Smoke Signals

With today being a  holiday it worked out perfectly to fire up the smoke house to smoke some farmer sausage.  Although it is a lot of work it is something Vern enjoys doing to soak up all the smoke of the sausage smoking.   Seth is always quite willing to lend a hand and so he was a BIG help in stuffing the sausage into the casings.  Once again it was a successful endeavor.
