Wild Hogs?

No we have not joined a biker gang but we did enjoy hitting the road for a couple of days.  My brother-in-law gave Vern his motor bike.  Thanks DON!!!!  We have felt like we desperately needed a break, so this weekend was the perfect time to hit the road together.  We have been wanting to visit Elisha in Kingston.  This was new territory for Vern and I since we have never been farther East then Toronto.  It is normally a four and a half hour trip but we wanted to avoid major highways so we took the long way around.  With some breaks worked in since we are not used to sitting on a bike for so long, the trip took us eight hours.  However, we had beautiful weather, and we had a lovely time with Elisha.  She was a wonderful hostess and we really enjoyed exploring Kingston. We are thankful for a safe trip as there were LOTS of people on the roads.  I am still trying to get all the feeling back in my upper legs so these "Wild Hogs" will pack the helmets away for now.
