Pass Me an Empanada, Please!

Yesterday I had the privilege of having the high school girls over for their home ec. class.  Our class was on making empanadas, which is a delicious little meat and cheese pocket that you can buy on the streets of Venezuela.   The girls did a GREAT job and in no time we had made quite a few of them.  They turned our perfect!  Great job girls!

    Oh Holly! How do you keep that awesome figure with all your good eats? Your kitchen seems to be a constant buzz of yumminess. Must be a happy place :)
