Close Encounters with Australian Wildlife

A couple of days ago we went to the  Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary.  It was a cool expereience as they allow you to get close with many of the animals and we were able to pet kangaroos. We enjoyed going to the different presentations and learning a little bit more about the wildlife here in Australia. I especially enjoyed seeing all of the Koalas.  I just kept wishing our grandkids could have been there with us enjoying all the wildlife with us.
