Equipping!

Equipping here at Emanate takes on many different forms.  Today our 3rd semester students start a translation module.  Besides things like Bible translation, literacy, phonetics and classes like that I am always looking for ways that we can equip our mom's for the mission field.  Most of them will be home schooling their children and so this is one area I am looking of ways we can encourage and equip our mom's for what is ahead of them.  We have an amazing preschool/kindergarten teacher here who has a lot of experience with children.  Last night we had an Early Childhood Education session with our mom's.  Melody was able to pass on a lot of valuable things that she has learned as she has invested in many children's lives through the years.  We value our MK 's and don't just want them to survive on the mission field, but thrive!   I am so thankful for the team we have here and the different ways we can invest in our families to equip for the journey ahead.
