Smoking in the Smoke House

For a few days before the Family Reunion Vern was prepping his smoke house in order to use it.  The Dyck clan enjoys making their own smoked sausage so Vern wanted to make sure everything was in good working order.  Therefore, one of the events during the Family Reunion was our "Pig Kill" day.  The Dyck men had pretty big smiles on their faces all day as they enjoyed the sausage making process and enjoyed hanging around the smoke house.
